1. Booking and Payments:

- A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the full payment due before the commencement of the trip.
- Payments can be made through the accepted payment methods specified by the Company.
3. Travel Documents and Insurance:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the required travel documents, such as passports and visas.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be arranged through the Company.
4. Changes and Amendments:
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or transportation as necessary.
- Customers will be notified of significant changes, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
5. Health and Safety:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
- The Company is not liable for health-related issues that may arise during or after the trip.
6. Liability:
- The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by customers during the trip, except where caused by the Company's negligence.
- Customers are responsible for their belongings and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
7. Force Majeure:
- The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
